Thank you Lord for the morning showers and cooler temperatures we enjoyed today! Amen.
There are so many things I am thankful for, but at the top of my list during the dog days of summer are rain and a break from the heat. Today was a beautiful example of both. This morning when we woke up and got ready for school, a fine rain was falling from the sky. As we went out this afternoon, it was cool and there was very little humidity. It was awesome!
So, tonight after dinner, we went out to play. Pickles chose the chalk and we all proceeded to make our driveway a masterpiece.
